WILLIAMSON COUNTY DEMOCRATIC WOMEN (WCDW)

2023 WCDW Officers

  • Erin Crawford, President
  • LaRhonda Williams, Vice-President
  • Wanda Bruce Graham, Interim Secretary
  • Stephanie Wallace-Smith, Treasurer

The purpose of WCDW is to connect and unite the Democratic women of Williamson County into one group working for the success of the Democratic party.

We aim to:

  • Stimulate Democratic women to take an active interest in party matters,
  • Encourage Democratic women to run for office at all levels,
  • Inform Democratic women and the community at-large on major issues of government and politics affecting them and their families,
  • Endorse and actively support the Democratic nominees in all general elections, and
  • Work in conjunction with the Tennessee Federation of Democratic Women, the Williamson County Democratic Party, the Williamson County Young Democrats, the Tennessee Democratic Party, and the Democratic National Committee to elect Democrats at all levels.

Join WCDW

WCDW is a membership organization, and we welcome people of all gender expressions – cis, trans & non-binary – who support our mission. WCDW typically meets 6-8p on the third Thursday of each month.

To join WCDW, pay annual dues by making a $15 minimum donation here. Of that, $5 pays for TFDW membership and $1 is a contribution to Jean Livingston Memorial Fund to support TFDW-endorsed candidates.

Community Projects have benefited:

Bridges Women's Shelter, Williamson County Boys & Girls Club, Williamson County African American Heritage Society, Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury Women Build, Williamson County Rescue Squad, Mercy Children’s Clinic, Williamson County Child Advocacy Center, Mid-Cumberland Community Action Agency, GraceWorks Ministries Inc., Williamson County Public Library, Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle TN, and others.
